During the early phase of the Pandemic, the trails remained closed in the Columbia River Gorge area. Luckily, my husband and I live in the gorge on the Washington side of the river, in Skamania. We have a property with a forest of trees and two large meadows that make for a beautiful outdoor studio. I was glad to offer a nice outdoor space with access to our guest bedroom and bathroom for changing. It created a comfortable session experience, while we are navigating the stress from this pandemic. I also have access to two homes on the Columbia River, facing the Oregon hills which creates a stunning sunset backdrop.
When this lovely family arrived, I knew immediately that we were going to have a lot of fun time with photos. The children were really excited to explore the land and we captured so many precious family moments. The flowers in the field were in full bloom and the golden afternoon light was just right.
